Nothing like being a Ted Kennedy Kinda Drunk… and why not, country going… going… GONE! Down the tubes.

I don’t know… Could be just punch drunk from all the Republican blunder this year.

In a day where syndromes lead the way for more ‘pills and passes’ for societies around the globe, I too wanted to find a reason for the American society to adopt failed socialist health care practices. It would be nice if these failed practice that I speak of could be disputed, then I would not have to look to a psychological diagnoses, but they can not.

Time after time, example after example, it has been shown and proven that a government mandated heath care systems falls short on care, and cost much more than originally proposed. And when those in socialized medical systems go looking for care not covered by their government mandated system, they don’t go looking to other socialized medical providers… no, no they do not! When socialized medicine falls short, -and it does throughout the world- those that are able to make a choice between what is mandated or what is better or the best, look to America and her health care system. This is a fact that can not be disputed nor can it be overlooked.

As you can gleam from the information below, America has 10 to the top 12 hospitals in the world.

If this is true, then what is the problem? The problem is that a hospital and them being the best or worst is not based on the level of governmental health care your country has. Health care and health care systems are based on things such as ease of access, who and what is covered, cost, governmental involvement… Hospitals are based on technology and how those technologies are used for the overall success in specific areas of health.

So, in a country of 300+ million, were over 90% of its citizens have one form of coverage, be willing to commit their souls, to insure that 18 to 26 million have continuous health coverage. And to add insult to injury, the majority not covered are illegal immigrants, and the rest could be covered by expanding the parameters of Medicaid or Medicare to include these folks. Munchausen by proxy syndrome (MBPS) is where my findings have lead me.

MBPS a relatively uncommon condition that involves the exaggeration or fabrication of illnesses or symptoms by a primary caretaker. One of the most harmful forms of child abuse, MBPS was named after Baron von Munchausen, an 18th-century German dignitary known for telling outlandish stories. In 98% of MBPS cases, the perp is a female, and victim is typically pre-school aged.

If you change the interpretation of the maternal understanding to include how government tries to fulfill what they perceive our needs to be and the methods that are used to secure the constant state of the significance they derive from this… Then you can understand why my findings have lead me to this diagnoses and syndrome.

This is to say… Because Congress appears to be so caring and attentive, often no one suspects any wrongdoing. This is a perplexing aspect of the syndrome and it is what gives the ability of the Congress to fool us by ‘misinterpreting to manipulate’ our founding fathers ideals.

Further examination of the syndrome indicates that typically, it isn’t just the attention that’s gained from the “illness” of the child that drives this behavior, but also the satisfaction in being able to deceive individuals that they consider to be more important and powerful than themselves.

Our government relies on the ‘exaggeration or fabrication of (societal) symptoms’ so that they may continue the dependency. This dependent state of existence can and will lead to the empowerment of a political party or ideal with a singularity desired for personal and idealogical empowerment. This acts as the conduit for the manifestation of the ‘exaggerated’ socially accepted condition or ideal.

When this condition is ultimately realized, it will lead us as a society to treat the body of Congress as our maternal mother and in-turn allow the manifestation of the maternal blind trust of a child like dependency. This maternal connection will signal the Congress to believe that its ideals are more important than heath or needs of the whole of the society and will continue to use that blind trust to convey a constants state of ‘exaggerated illness.’ This will allow the Congress to perpetuate the conditions of dependency and relegate the welfare of the whole to being irrelevant unless they serve a purpose to elevate the importance of the Congress.

Because Congress appears to be so caring and attentive, often no one suspects any wrongdoing. A perplexing aspect of the syndrome is the ability of the Congress to fool and manipulate us through legislation. This is to say… Frequently, Congress is familiar with the how legislation is received by most of us and what effects it will have. Also, at what lengths they will go to fooling one another into how it all serves the common good.

Even the most experienced in Congress can miss the meaning of the inconsistencies in how legislation has been applied, leading to a misinterpretation derogatory social symptoms. We have seen in our past that it’s not unusual for legislators, when faced with the consequence of legislative decisions will turn a blind eye to all that goes on, based on the belief that Congress would never deliberately hurt his or her own subjects.

So What Happens to the Citizenry?

In the most severe instances, Congress may go to great lengths to make their subjects sick or dependent. When cameras in the Senate and House of Representatives are tuned on, some Congress persons can be seen switching stories, injecting the classes with conjecture and class envy rhetoric as to cause infection, or placing misleading statements or half truths before that which is already proven.

Some Congress persons may aggravate an existing problem, such as manipulating racial or socials status so that the social consciousness can never heal. One Congress person discovered that continuously reciting misleading snippets of information would cause a baffling, long-lasting recession.

Whatever the course, the citizenry plight — whether created or faked — don’t happen when the Congress isn’t trying to use legislation for the means of social engineering or wanting to create a atmosphere of preconceived social illness and dependency. When Congress gets out of the way, we have seen periods of outstanding growth, both socially and individual. When confronted with these truths Congress usually denies knowing how the plight began or for that matter who or whom was responsible.

According to experts, common conditions and symptoms that are created or faked by Congress include: Unfair Tax System, Healthcare, Civil Rights, Leveling Playing Field, The Working Poor, Whithering on the Vine, and Educational Reform… just to name a few

The long-term prognosis for us as subjects of a more socialized society depends on the degree of damage created by Congress and the amount of time it takes to recognize, diagnose and start taking back responsibility for one self.

In the era of free-loving bra-burning acid-tripping hippies, America’s innocent youth — just a decade beyond “Leave It to Beaver”-land — finally grew up and reformulated themselves into the quintessential Rebels With a Cause.

The cause: Standing up for minorities and free spirits crushed by the oppressive American establishment of rich old white men who sought to divide, control, and diminish every aspect of individuality and non-conformity in American society in order to protect their power…

Part of this establishment control, through the eyes of the hippies, was sending young men off to a “war” they knew nothing about — Vietnam.

The Vietnam conflict began under the Republican Eisenhower administration, escalated under the Democratic Kennedy administration, further escalated under the Democratic Johnson administration, and dragged on through the Republican Nixon administration until it finally ended under Republican Gerald Ford.

To call the Vietnam Conflict the product of either the Republican or Democratic Party was partisan nonsense to a hippie. However, what today’s progressive youth doesn’t seem to comprehend is exactly what the Hippies came to know very well in the 1960s: That the two-party political system most Americans believe we participate in is nothing more than a one-party system with two branches.

A great modern day example of this seamless continuation of the abuse of power is the Patriot Act. Democrats’ heads nearly exploded at the notion that George W. Bush was abusing his authority by using the war on terror as an excuse to spy on Americans. Today, that same authority exists for the Obama administration yet not one single Democratic politician is calling for its dismantling.

The other obvious modern day example is the continuation of the war in Afghanistan. Yet today, Democrats of all ages have convinced themselves that the war was George W. Bush’s fault and that Barack Obama is merely stuck with cleaning up the mess that he was given. But, history tells us that that was not the case with Presidents Kennedy and Johnson who escalated the Vietnam conflict from the Eisenhower strategy years earlier.

What a difference 40 years makes…

Today’s protesters are merely oriented to party loyalty.

What significant change occurred over the last 40 years that made America’s true independent thinking, individualistic Rebels With a Cause change from believing in only themselves — to blindly believing in the service of only the Democratic Party?

Two of the most prominent minority groups in America now sit squarely under the Democratic Party umbrella: Blacks and homosexuals.

Blacks who had been denied equal treatment as whites ever since racism was created by the political establishment (through the right to vote) in Colonial Jamestown as a means to divide the growing lower-class population who were becoming a threat through growing populations.

Homosexuals who had been branded ’sinners’ by the Christian religious establishment who have repeatedly reinterpreted the Greek word Malakos over the centuries to satisfy their own personal agendas…

We Are No Longer a Nation of Laws but of Rules and the Back Dooring of these Rules.

Section 3403 of Senator Harry Reid’s amendment requires that “it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.” The good news is that this only applies to one section of the Obamacare legislation. The bad news is that it applies to regulations imposed on doctors and patients by the Independent Medicare Advisory Boards a/k/a the Death Panels.

Section 3403 of Senator Reid’s legislation also states, “Notwithstanding rule XV of the Standing Rules of the Senate, a committee amendment described in subparagraph (A) may include matter not within the jurisdiction of the Committee on Finance if that matter is relevant to a proposal contained in the bill submitted under subsection (c)(3).” In short, it sets up a rule to ignore another Senate rule.

DEMINT: But, Mr. President, as the chair has confirmed, Rule 22, paragraph 2, of the standing rules of the Senate, states that on a measure or motion to amend the Senate rules, the necessary affirmative vote shall be two-thirds of the senators present and voting. Let me go to the bill before us, because buried deep within the over 2,000 pages of this bill, we find a rather substantial change to the standing rules of the Senate. It is section 3403 and it begins on page 1,000 of the Reid substitute. . . . These provisions not only amend certain rules, they waive certain rules and create entirely new rules out of whole cloth.”

The Senate President disagreed and said it was a change in procedure, not a change in rules, therefore the Senate precedent that a two-thirds vote is required to change the rules of the Senate does not apply.

Senator DeMint responded:

DEMINT: and so the language you see in this bill that specifically refers to a change in a rule is not a rule change, it’s a procedure change?

THE PRESIDING OFFICER: that is correct.

DEMINT: then i guess our rules mean nothing, do they, if they can re define them. thank you. and i do yield back.

THE PRESIDING OFFICER: the senate stands adjourned until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow.

That’s right. When confronted with the facts, the Senate Democrats ran for cover. The Senate Democrats are ignoring the constitution, the law, and their own rules to pass Obamacare.

To quote the Declaration of Indepedence:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

This is what we have become! Are you not proud…

Likewise, Sen. Harry Reid had chosen this festive occasion to provide “healthcare for all Americans — or else.” When we finally get to read this bill that is being rammed through the Senate in a way that would make Obama’s “Safe School Czar”, Kevin “The Fister” Jennings green with envy, I’m sure it will be good for all Americans just as Reid promises…

Let’s keep our fingers crossed!!!

Considering there are now 60 Senators and a radical President supporting the demise of the American healthcare system, one would think the culprits involved would pledge their allegiance to Harry Reid, then run as far away from Washington as fast as their private Lear jets can take them…

But not Ben Nelson.

He has voluntarily branded the number “60″ on his forehead like a political cross hair to his career. So much for this clown.

The lone tree gets the lightning…

Well, first of all, he is the husband of a Democratic congresswoman from Illinois: REP. JAN SCHAKOWSKY, D-ILL.: And next to me was a guy from the insurance company who then argued against the public health insurance option, saying it wouldn’t let private insurance compete. That a public option will put the private insurance industry out of business and lead to single-payer.

This is Becks spin, but ther is much more to this then just a nice juicy rating boost.

Robert Creamer is a felon with the goods to smear you… with opinions that cut to the chase. “Seems the abortion issue is just a diversion,” As per Robert Creamer — the convicted felon who, inspired by Saul Alinsky, wrote “Stand Up Straight: How Progressives Can Win,” which contains the guidelines for the Obamacare scam — details like abortion do not matter. They will “compromise” on any such “details.” What matters is just gaining control. Once in control, they’ll do as they please.

And we can see the horrors they have in store for us based on Obama’s pro-abortion and pro-infanticide (late-term abortion) stand, and the aberrant stands of Obama’s Health Care Czar Ezekiel Emanuel and Science Czar John Holdren.

Obama’s Health Care Czar Ezekiel Emanuel, rightfully called “Doctor Death,” would make Dr. Kervorkian proud.

Dr. Emanuel has said that “Medical care should not be given to those who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens.”

As per Dr. Emanuel, your mother suffering from Alzheimer’s or your child diagnosed with Down’s Syndrome SHOULD NOT receive medical care.

Put it all in your hat, mix it up and you have got a sick and twisted way to parse the “entitlement” social safety net.

Reports early today from inside Russia suggest that a link exist between the Obama Administration and the H1N1 Virus.

It has yet to be confirmed, but sources inside several militant Muslim groups throughout the Middle East and as far west as China have been working together in an effort -proposed by the Muslim faction of the Obama adminastration- to bring about this “World Pandemic Scare and Panic”.

“The ends justify the means,” a person close inside the N1H1 Network Scare said yesterday. “We see this as a way for Obama, and all Muslims… to take control of the US government by Executive Order and forgo the whole legislative process,” The source further added, “If you look at the way they (US) handled 9-11, this risk of a Global Pandemic will have legislators hands in cuffs and Obama’s pen running dry,” -With all the Executive Orders he will sign- “By the end of November.”

There is also that little “bone” that they threw Obama for his compliance. HealthCare and the pending legislation. “If you look at it,” -HealthCare Legislation- “He -Obama- could have had a little piece early or right after he was elected, but he -Obama- wanted it all, so we suggested that he use the H1N1 scare we were working on as the hammer, and told him to wrap it all in one nice bundle.”

Reports throughout the world continue to tell us of thousands of deaths as the virus spreads like wildfire across the continent of Eurasia. But here in the US, the death rate does not match the scare rate and that has many US citizens puzzled. “If you look at it, he -Obama- has already got his toes wet with a couple Executive Orders that deal with managing the control of the outbreak, imagine what he will be able to do once we get things to fevered pitch.”

An unnamed source close to the Obama administration added today, “There is no doubt that we as Americans have a mindset that we can fix the world, no doubt. And now with all our efforts coming to fruition, the administration can now pull out the rubber stamp and make America a socialist country.”

Rucker whose labs develop countermeasures to Biochemical warfare, and develop vaccines was missing several “vials” of an undisclosed virus and 3 days later 20 polo ponies from Mexico at a match in Florida dropped dead… and then a few days later, even though it was not flu season, H1N1 broke out…..hmmmmmm

As I predicted, though I was unsure whether it would be the H1N1 virus or the collapse of the dollar the Communist Puppet (Barack Obama) would use to cement his total control over ever aspect of our lives.

From the day he took office, Obama and his puppet masters have been building a shadow Government with all power vested in them. The Czars he has appointed who were not vetted and approved by Congress nor elected now have the authority to control every aspect of American commerce.

I challenge you to look at the Executive Orders that have been signed over the last 30 years and are still in place.

Also carefully read the provisions of the Violent Crime Control Act. They are listed here America In Peril You will see that with the Executive Orders already in place, combined with the provisions of the Violent Crime Control Act, with the stroke of a pen Obama can suspend the Constitution, the Judiciary, Elections and in effect declare himself president for life.

The next step In the wannabe dictators plan is to declare Martial Law, confiscate all privately owned firearms, round up all dissenters and move to detention centers.

Also there will be detention centers for those who have the H1N1 virus.

A series of Executive Orders, internal governmental departmental laws, un-passed by Congress, the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 and the Violent Crime Control Act of 1991, provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a “drug crisis”.

It provides for the construction of detention camps, seizure of property, and military control of populated areas, has whittled down Constitutional law substantially.

These new Executive Orders and Congressional Acts allow for the construction of concentration camps, suspension of rights and the ability of the President to declare Martial Law in the event of a drug crisis.

Congress will have no power to prevent the Martial Law declaration and can only review the process six months after Martial Law has been declared. The most critical Executive Order was issued on August 1, 1971.

Nixon signed both a proclamation and Executive Order 11615. Proclamation No. 4074 states, “I hereby declare a national emergency”, thus establishing an economic crisis. That national emergency order has not been rescinded.

This, teamed with the Executive Orders of the President, enables Orwellian prophecies to rest on whoever occupies the White House. The power provided by these “laws” allows suspension of the Constitution and the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights during any civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes and allows the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of Martial Law.

When the Constitution of the United States was framed it placed the exclusive legislative authority in the hands of Congress and with the President. Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution is concise in its language:

“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

That is no longer true. The Bill of Rights protected Americans against loss of freedoms. That is no longer true. The Constitution provided for a balanced separation of powers. That is no longer applicable.

Perhaps it can be summed up succinctly in the words of arch-conservative activist Howard J Ruff:

“Since the enactment of Executive Order 11490, the only thing standing between us and dictatorship is the good character of the President, and the lack of a crisis severe enough that the public would stand still for it.”

Next we will look at all legislation passed or attempted by the dishonest Socialist regardless if they call themselves Progressive, Liberal, Independent, Republican, or Democrat.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

RNC Likens Nancy Pelosi To Pussy Galore

Boy, you stay classy, RNC. We already noticed the assassination fantasy at play in the RNC’s new ad attacking Nancy Pelosi, but Taylor Marsh highlights the ad’s crude sexism too:

At the end it says “Democrats Galore.” Imposed with a naked woman behind the tag line. Get it? Subtle it is not. But check out the video at around :40 seconds; a split screen that says it all. “Pussy Galore” is shown with “Starring Nancy Pelosi the Speaker” over “Pussy’s” image.

But hey, it’s good to have a sense of humor about these things right? And who doesn’t love the Bond films, especially those Sean Connery classics?

The RNC, however, is not celebrating the women in these classic movies, even by 1960’s standards. Nor are they empowering women through utilizing one of the the cunning female villains who parade around in them by equating her with Speaker Pelosi. I shouldn’t have to spell it out any further, though if the RNC doesn’t have women in their leadership ranks or men who get this stuff and know bad taste when they see it, the Rush, Newt and Cheney Party (as they were aptly called on “Hardball” yesterday) is truly nothing more than a frat boy institution. No offense to fraternities meant.

That a woman, let alone Speaker of the House, should never be hinted to in any public way through the use of “Pussy” insinuations should be obvious. That this is being used by a once major political party in the 21st century is stunning.

Sadly, I don’t find this as stunning as Taylor does. This is just par for course from a party stuck in some mythical time frame where “Father Knew Best” and minorities and women knew their place. That this went through Lord knows how many layers of bureaucracy at the RNC with nary a hitch just shows you how tone deaf these guys will forever be.
