As I predicted, though I was unsure whether it would be the H1N1 virus or the collapse of the dollar the Communist Puppet (Barack Obama) would use to cement his total control over ever aspect of our lives.

From the day he took office, Obama and his puppet masters have been building a shadow Government with all power vested in them. The Czars he has appointed who were not vetted and approved by Congress nor elected now have the authority to control every aspect of American commerce.

I challenge you to look at the Executive Orders that have been signed over the last 30 years and are still in place.

Also carefully read the provisions of the Violent Crime Control Act. They are listed here America In Peril You will see that with the Executive Orders already in place, combined with the provisions of the Violent Crime Control Act, with the stroke of a pen Obama can suspend the Constitution, the Judiciary, Elections and in effect declare himself president for life.

The next step In the wannabe dictators plan is to declare Martial Law, confiscate all privately owned firearms, round up all dissenters and move to detention centers.

Also there will be detention centers for those who have the H1N1 virus.

A series of Executive Orders, internal governmental departmental laws, un-passed by Congress, the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 and the Violent Crime Control Act of 1991, provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a “drug crisis”.

It provides for the construction of detention camps, seizure of property, and military control of populated areas, has whittled down Constitutional law substantially.

These new Executive Orders and Congressional Acts allow for the construction of concentration camps, suspension of rights and the ability of the President to declare Martial Law in the event of a drug crisis.

Congress will have no power to prevent the Martial Law declaration and can only review the process six months after Martial Law has been declared. The most critical Executive Order was issued on August 1, 1971.

Nixon signed both a proclamation and Executive Order 11615. Proclamation No. 4074 states, “I hereby declare a national emergency”, thus establishing an economic crisis. That national emergency order has not been rescinded.

This, teamed with the Executive Orders of the President, enables Orwellian prophecies to rest on whoever occupies the White House. The power provided by these “laws” allows suspension of the Constitution and the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights during any civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes and allows the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of Martial Law.

When the Constitution of the United States was framed it placed the exclusive legislative authority in the hands of Congress and with the President. Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution is concise in its language:

“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

That is no longer true. The Bill of Rights protected Americans against loss of freedoms. That is no longer true. The Constitution provided for a balanced separation of powers. That is no longer applicable.

Perhaps it can be summed up succinctly in the words of arch-conservative activist Howard J Ruff:

“Since the enactment of Executive Order 11490, the only thing standing between us and dictatorship is the good character of the President, and the lack of a crisis severe enough that the public would stand still for it.”

Next we will look at all legislation passed or attempted by the dishonest Socialist regardless if they call themselves Progressive, Liberal, Independent, Republican, or Democrat.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Those who live in the metro areas won’t have much of a choice but to comply with Government mandates. But we in rural areas can plan ahead an prepare.
You can bet all your assets that you haven’t already lost that when the stock market drops below 5000 a National Emergency will be declared.
Stock up on staples, beans, rice, pasta, coffee, sugar, potato flakes, etc. Get some power inverters, rig a stationary bike to a high output alternator so you can charge several 12V batteries at time. Buy a generator, and keep a couple of 55 gal drums of gas on hand. Get a book, and learn about the edible plants and roots in the wild.
Get a gun, and stock up on ammunition, and be prepared to protect your food supply, if you have a vegetable garden, guard it. Set up 24/7 watch patrols in your neighborhood, and have communication with surrounding neighborhoods to warn if large numbers of strange vehicles are moving in. Be ready to block roads and repel those.

As soon as a National Emergency is declared, America will become a a Police State run by the thugs in Washington DC.

For the most part members of the state media choir are still singing their favorite song “How Great Thou Art” to Obama, but their numbers are getting smaller.

Some have deserted and have joined the “We The People” choir and are singing an old Lester Flat, Earl Scruggs bluegrass number that goes like this: Ashes of love, cold as ice, you made the debt, but we’ll pay the price. Our love is gone, there’s no doubt, ashes of love, the fire went out..

Some U.S. embassies worldwide are being advised to purchase massive amounts of local currencies; enough to last them a year. Some embassies are being sent enormous amounts of U.S. cash to purchase currencies from those governments, quietly. But not pound sterling. Inside the State Dept., there is a sense of sadness and foreboding that ’something’ is about to happen … within 180 days, but could be 120-150 days.

Investment adviser and former Army Counterintelligence officer Bob Chapman is saying the same thing, reporting on the possibility of a so-called “bank holiday” planned for late August or early September. According to Chapman’s sources, U.S. embassies around the world are selling dollars and stockpiling money from respective countries where they operate.

Leading trend forecaster Gerald Calente has also repeatedly predicted a “bank holiday”.

But the rumors of embassies being advised to stockpile local currency is stunning and - if true - point to a possible huge devaluation in the dollar.

I weep for America, and I weep because after serving nine years in Navy Intelligence from 1958-1967, being disabled as a result of that service, and my age prevents me from being on the front lines in the battle against those who are on the verge of taking This country down the road to a Global Socialist rule.

Federal Government Was Culprit in Housing and Economic Crisis, Says Congressional Report

Washington (CNSNews.com) – Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were the chief culprits in the housing crisis because they encouraged people who could not afford payments to borrow money, according to a congressional report released Tuesday.

The claims in the report have long been advanced by conservatives, who argue that the Community Reinvestment Act and other federal programs fed the housing bubble that burst in 2007 and led to the economic downfall in 2008.

But the report explains in detail how Fannie and Freddie — government sponsored enterprises (GSE) that were not subject to the same oversight as other publicly traded firms — “privatized their profits but socialized their risks.”

“In the short run, this government intervention was successful in its stated goal – raising the national homeownership rate,” says the report, the result of an investigation launched last fall by Republican members of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

“However, the ultimate effect was to create a mortgage tsunami that wrought devastation on the American people and economy,” says the report. “While government intervention was not the sole cause of the financial crisis, its role was significant and has received too little attention.”

The report talks about the Clinton administration’s National Homeownership Strategy, citing President Clinton’s directive to “lift America’s homeownership rate to an all-time high by the end of the century.”

The Clinton strategy further said that Freddie and Fannie should reduce down-payment requirements and, according to the report, “called for increased use of ‘flexible underwriting criteria,’ which it said could be achieved in concert with ‘liberalized affordable housing underwriting criteria.’”

“That is the perfect smoking gun that tells how Barney Frank [D-Mass.], the Clinton administration and others would do it in those days,” Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the ranking member on the House Oversight and Government Affairs Committee, said Tuesday in a speech at the Heritage Foundation.

“The seeds of the meltdown began with the well-intentioned goal that everyone have a home even if they can’t afford it,” he said. “It led to one of the biggest ponzi schemes ever.”

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac made 54 percent of the “subprime” mortgage loans from 2002 to 2007, or about $1.9 trillion in mortgage loans to borrowers with credit scores lower than 660.

The report comes after Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) – who fought against regulation of the two quasi-public mortgage giants — and Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) wrote a letter in June to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac calling on the GSEs to lower lending standards on condo buyers.

The report argues that lowered lending standards were the cause of the housing crisis and did not exempt the Republicans or the Bush administration from blame. It said placing certain lending quotas for under-served populations allowed “both Democratic and Republican administrations to consistently make campaign promises to boost homeownership through government intervention in the market.

Consequently, under both the Clinton and Bush administrations, HUD dramatically increased these quotas, which reached their zenith when the Bush administration raised them to 56 percent, 27 percent and 39 percent, respectively.”

“As home prices continued their dizzying rise, many people decided to cash in by buying a house with an adjustable rate mortgage featuring a low introductory teaser rate set to increase after a few years,” the report continues.

“These borrowers, confident in the oft-cited assertion that U.S. home values had never before fallen in the aggregate, planned to sell or refinance their investment before the mortgage rate adjusted upward, pocketing the difference between the initial purchase price and the subsequent appreciation in value,” says the report. “However, buyers failed to grasp the effect of a government policy that had quietly eroded the prudential limits on mortgage leverage, creating a dangerous speculative bubble.”

The report also talks about how the two GSEs became a powerful lobby. Fannie Mae CEO Jim Johnson opened up “partnership offices” in congressional districts, hired relatives of members of Congress, and GSE employees contributed $15 million to federal campaigns from 1998 to 2008. Throughout that time, all attempted reforms in Congress were blocked.

Also, in 1995, “Johnson seeded the Fannie Mae Foundation with $350 million of Fannie stock. The company used this foundation to spread millions of dollars around to politically connected organizations like the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute,” states the report.

Fannie and Freddie were not subject to regulation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, while executives were paid well. Former Fannie CEO Franklin Raines earned more than $50 million in compensation during his six-years at the helm, the report says. Fannie and Freddie paid billions more to shareholders. “Thus, the government subsidizations of GSE operations amounted to little more than corporate welfare,” the report says.

The report cites Frank’s accusations that to blame Fannie and Freddie is to blame only the lender and not the borrower.

“This misses the mark entirely. In fact, responsibility for the erosion of mortgage lending standards, which began with government affordable housing policy, rests squarely on the policy makers who advocated these ill-conceived policies in the first place,” the report says. “Borrowers quite naturally responded to the incentives they were given, irrespective of their socioeconomic status, and risky lending spread to the wider mortgage market.”

GLENN: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona. She writes an open letter to our nation’s leadership: I’m a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you’re willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?

Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I’m not a racist. This isn’t to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.

Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.

Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.

Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don’t you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!

Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don’t you start there.

Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don’t trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.

Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why ‑‑ what do you have against shareholders making a profit?

Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.

Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we’ll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band‑Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.

Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let’s have it. Let’s say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try ‑‑ please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.

Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.

Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let’s just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I’m busy. I’m busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.

I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.

From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don’t want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we’re morons.

We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we’re so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn’t ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. Upon taking office, much of the nation was prepared to give the incoming Obama administration a chance, despite a laundry list of well founded doubts. On his first day in office 44% of Americans strongly approved while only 16% strongly disapproved of the new president. But it would be a very short honeymoon…

Immediately, the Obama administration started making all the wrong moves. Little more than a hundred days later, only 35% strongly approve as he has already lost the confidence of many who voted for him and 30% now strongly disapprove, up from 16% on his first day in office. The remaining 35% are still blindly hoping against all evidence.

The fact is the Obama administration has made so many wrong moves so fast that it has frightened people across the nation into action. According to the Tenth Amendment Center,

* 35 or more state legislatures are rushing state sovereignty legislation through to reclaim states rights under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, preparing to defend the states against an overreaching federal juggernaut
* Many of the same states are also rushing Second Amendment protections through to assure their citizens that even under conditions of Martial Law, the states are prepared to defend Second Amendment rights
* Several Constitutional Convention efforts to enforce constitutional limitations on a runaway Fed are in the works
* A Grand Jury effort is underway to force Obama to open up the birth, college and passport records he has spent a million bucks to keep sealed and secret
Numerous law suits are pending in numerous courts demanding that Obama make his life ‚”transparent” for all to see, all of them convinced that he cannot pass constitutional muster for the office he holds
* Guns and ammo sales have been through the roof for months now
* Companies are laying off and cutting back in preparation for worsening economic conditions
* Soldiers and Sheriffs are restating their oaths to protect and defend the constitution and the people against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including a runaway Fed if need be
* TEA Party movements opposing excessive taxation and unbridled wealth redistribution are growing across the country

All of these real events are signs that the people and their states are taking measures to erect defenses against an increasingly intrusive Fed which appears to think it can run roughshod over the people, the states and the US Constitution and many Obama supporters believe the same, - ‚”we won, so shut up!” seems to be their mantra these days.

Meanwhile, the Fed is busy preparing to meet an anticipated local resistance by getting out in front and framing the headlines in advance. Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued two damning reports to law enforcement agencies across the land, attempting to label every American who owns a gun, a bible or a pocket constitution, a ‚”potential domestic terrorists” of grave concern to national security (as they prepare to release known Islamic terrorists into population).

They were largely successful in labeling Tax Day TEA Party attendees as ‚”right-wing racists” who only oppose Obama’s skin color and might become ‚”domestic terrorists” as economic conditions worsen, which under Obama, is all but certain.

Battle lines are clearly being drawn. Only 35% of Americans polled believe Obama is headed in the right direction. The other 65% aren’t so sure and just in case they are right, they are erecting defenses against a government they trust less and less each day.

The most common comment from readers is, - ‚”We are mad as hell at what he’s doing, and we’re not going to take it anymore. But what can we do?”

On March 24th, I released a column titled Americans Largely Silent as Their Nation is Systematically Destroyed. That column has been posted and reposted on thousands of web sites, read by millions, comments on by thousands and it is still driving reader mail to my inbox every day, almost two months after its release.

Rarely does a column generate such interest with such a long shelf life. The people are indeed waking up and they do not like what they see. Bottom line, alone there is nothing the ‚”little guy” can do. But united by the millions, there is nothing the ‚”little guys” can’t do…

Having lost all faith in Washington Republicans as well, people are looking outside of Washington DC for answers. They are looking to their state governments and local law enforcement agencies to protect them from a Fed now clearly under the international control of anti-American left-wing Globalists.

More than a few have even written to ask which side the military will stand on if they ever receive federal orders to disarm or detain dissenting American citizens. The truth is, nobody really knows for sure and that’s what the Oath Keepers are restating their loyalties to the Constitution and the People, not any temporary resident of the White House who might be operating at odds with American interests.

Clearly, a growing number of Americans, including in state legislatures, are increasingly concerned with the path Obama is on, and they are taking a variety of local and state actions to prepare for the worst.

Are these actions reasonable on the basis of Obama’s policy decisions of the first 100 days? Has the obvious giant leap leftward in DC caused an equal and opposite reaction at the state level, not to mention in the hearts and minds of Americans from shore to shore?

It is quite clear that the two opposing forces in America today are drawing battle lines. Folks who demand access to the earnings and assets of others in the Marxist name of ‚”socio-economic equality” intend to use the full weight and power of the federal autocracy they now control from the White House and both houses of congress, to force their will upon the productive masses.

Those who see their earnings and assets under attack for a so-called ‚”greater communal good” are clearly erecting defenses through which they can protect and preserve their constitutional rights against a government no longer concerned with constitutional rights.

At the moment, it seems we are only waiting for the next shot heard round the world. We are waiting to see which final straw will break the proverbial camels back. We are waiting to see who is going to blink.

The extreme left running Washington DC is pushing every American into a corner. They have been building a secular-socialist America for almost a hundred years now and as of the last two elections, they think they have the political power to force the final stage, from democratic socialism into centralize government ownership and control of all major economic sectors.

The other half of America is stocking food, water and weapons, while working through state legislators and law enforcement to reclaim states rights and establish lines of defense against an intrusive overbearing Fed that is not going to stop until they are stopped.

Am I calling for a second Civil War? No… Nobody in their right mind would.

However… as each day passes, it becomes ever clearer that many are preparing for just such an event and that such an event may already be unavoidable.

There is NO sign that the extreme left in control of DC is going to back down from its current rush to dismantle our Constitutional Republic and install their secular socialist global government and half of America sees nothing wrong with global secular socialism.

But the other half of Americans are crying ‚”give me liberty or give me death!” When the hour to take a stand for freedom arrives, true American patriots of every living generation, every religious, ethnic and political stripe, will stand and be counted.

If the left thinks they can succeed in ending the American dream without a fight, they have grossly mis-underestimated their enemy. They have miscalculated tolerance for acceptance and silence for consent.

Americans are happy to peacefully debate lots of issues, but the topic of freedom and liberty are not negotiable. When Americans are finally convinced that this is what Obamanation is after, their personal freedoms and individual liberty, the friendly little inside the beltway debate will abruptly end.

Only two questions remain….

* Is there any way to stop it from happening?
* What happens next?

You tell me…

As for ‚”what can we do?”- Call the folks filing law suits to force Obama to open up his life, or the people setting up the Grand Jury effort, the Constitutional Convention effort or the Oath Keepers, certainly your local sheriff and state legislators and get directly involved in helping them succeed. Ask them what you can do to help them succeed in their efforts to block abusive federal power, because if they succeed, the leftists fail and freedom wins!

If you really want to know what you can do, call any or all of them and ask!

Nobody can afford to sit this one out!

Over 50 years ago H.L.Mencken said, “The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.” Nothing is more imaginary than the claim that CO2 is causing global warming and the proposal designed to lead us to safety is unnecessary and will create real problems.

Imagine basing a major global policy on the output of a grossly simplistic computer model of a very complex system. Worse, the model considers only one miniscule variable known to have no effect while it ignores the major variables. In any area of science, social science or politics the insanity would be soundly rejected. However, that is what the entire world is planning to do with global energy policy to counteract the non-existent problem of global warming.

It is non-existent because the world has cooled since 2000 as CO2 increased and temperatures correlate with changes in the sun. Many climate experts expect the cooling to continue at least until 2030. Why? What is their evidence it is the sun?

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is responsible for providing the hobgoblin of global warming. They claim CO2 is almost the sole cause of warming while effectively ignoring the sun. Their claim that the sun is of little consequence is unbelievable and only a measure of their deception and lousy science. They only looked at one part of solar influence on weather and climate and didn’t do that accurately. Instead they used it to support their claim the temperature changes are not caused by the sun and therefore must be due to CO2. They only considered irradiance (heat and light) and concluded, incorrectly, it was of little consequence. They assume, because the variation is approximately 0.1% over approximately a 30-year period, it is of little consequence.

The number certainly seems small when expressed as a percentage of 100. However, it is estimated that only a 6% variation is sufficient to explain all known temperature variation in the history of the Earth. So 0.1% is significant in relation to 6%. To put this in context consider how much the temperature drops between night and day or even for the brief period of a total eclipse. As solar and climate scientist Willie Soon said, “We have known for 80 years that even small changes in solar radiation have a strong effect on Earth’s temperature and climate.”

The IPCC do not include changes in sun/earth relationships collectively called the Milankovitch effect, a major cause of temperature change.

They ignore the high correlation between sunspots and global temperature which has a warmer Earth with many sunspots and colder with fewer. They claimed, legitimately, you must not assume cause and effect. However, they made the illegitimate claim there was no mechanism and the research was not produced in time to meet their deadline for inclusion. Both claims are wrong. A proposed mechanism first appeared in Science in 1991 when Christensen and Lassen published “Length of the Solar Cycle: An indicator of solar activity closely associated with Climate.” Since then several articles appeared elaborating on the mechanism, most before the IPCC deadline. Why did they ignore it? Likely because it showed the sun explained temperature changes. Typical of the pattern of their manipulations they did break the deadline rule when it suited their argument.

Here is how what is known as the Cosmic Theory works. Cosmic radiation (CR) streams to earth but passes through the Sun’s magnetic field to get here. The amount reaching the earth varies as the strength of that magnetic field varies. Variation in sunspot numbers is visible evidence of changes in the Sun’s magnetic field.

The CR reaches the Earth’s atmosphere where electrons are set free and in the lower atmosphere act as condensation nuclei. For water vapor (gas) to become a liquid the air must cool below the dew point temperature but there must also be nuclei around which it can form. The nuclei are microscopic and the water droplets formed are also very small. It takes about 1 million of them to form a medium sized raindrop. Because they’re so small and light they remain in the air but are collectively visible as clouds.

We have known for some time of a disparity between the amount of cloud that forms and the available nuclei. CR acting as nuclei explains the discrepancy.

The amount of low cloud cover varies as the amount of CR reaching the lower atmosphere varies as this diagram shows.

Low cloud cover blocks sunlight reaching the Earth thus creating cooling. No cloud cover and more sun heats the Earth’s surface creating warming. The cloud acts like a screen covering the windows in a greenhouse to block sunlight.

Sunspot numbers reached a peak in the 1990s and have declined since. We are currently in Cycle 23 and entering Cycle 24.

We know that the longer time between 11-year cycles the lower the number of sunspots in the next cycle. It’s now almost a century since the last similar low numbers. (see 1900 in the diagram). Just several more days without sunspots will give us a delay similar to that of the Dalton Minimum from 1800 to 1820. This was a very cold period that profoundly influenced the work of Charles Dickens (b. 1812) because of frequent and prolonged snow in London during his childhood and crop failures that created the social conditions he wrote about so eloquently. It won’t take a much longer delay for conditions to equal those of the Maunder minimum of sunspot numbers from 1645 to 1715, which coincided with the Little Ice Age.

We’re already experiencing the cooler weather and the pattern is expected to continue at least until 2020 even if Cycle 24 shows up now. As it cools politicians continue to prepare for warming – the wrong hobgoblin designed by the IPCC.

Rumblings of Outrage: DHS Continues to Tick Off Combat Veterans

The recently disclosed Department of Homeland Security report on “rightwing extremism ” that taints veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq as potential terrorists is really ticking off both active duty and veterans. Go here to read a Veterans Today article about it, and here to read the American Legion’s letter in response.

And that outrage has not subsided. Below are more videos that have been posted on youtube by veterans responding to the DHS smear.

First up, is the active duty combat arms soldier who sounded off, amazed and outraged that he is considered a threat, and reminding the DHS personnel that they took the same oath that he did, to defend the Constitution. We have posted this before, but it sets up the responses by the veterans, who were responding specifically to this active duty soldier’s video:

In response to that, the following Army veteran builds on the above soldier’s statement by pointing out that DHS and the elites it serves consider veterans a threat precisely because all veterans swore an oath to defend the Constitution:

And below is a former Army Staff Sergeant, a paratrooper and combat veteran who served in both Afghanistan and Iraq until just last year, adding his well considered, but rather colorfull thoughts. Note, his video contains some VERY strong language:

And here is an Army Ranger, Apachegrunt, who just got out of the Army three days before making this video, adding his thoughts. Once again, some very strong language here and this Ranger does not mince words:

Among some other choice and colorful words for the DHS, he points out the fact that his oath is to the Constitution, not to anyone or anything else, and just because his service is ended that doesn’t mean his oath is canceled. Toward the end of the video, the Ranger holds up his Soldiers Code card:

We commend these men for standing up and speaking out - speaking truth to power as the left used to like to say.

Note that none of them are part of some “extremist organization” (whatever that means). They are individuals, speaking their own minds, and they are offended and angry and they see that what is really going on is that the DHS considers them a threat simply because they know how to fight and because they swore an oath to defend the Constitution.

With the latest DHS smear document, the Domestic Extremism Lexicon, labelling “constitutionalists” and “patriots” as extremists (which means the same thing as “terrorists”), it is clear that if you dare to support the Constitution, and dare to quote the founding fathers of this nation, and take the Constitution seriously, then you will be considered an “extremist” and a threat to the powers that be among the political elite.

This is the tactic used by all governments that turn oppressive: use vague, broad brushed labeling of people as “enemies of the state” to marginalize them and increase the artificial divide between the people and the police and military, and then use that labeling and marginalization to make people afraid to speak up, to chill their speech, and silence them out of fear of being singled out for persecution. The DHS reports are such broad smears that they basically boil down to “anyone who doesn’t agree with us is a potential terrorist.” The final stage of persecution is to actually apply all the powers of the state against anyone who does dare to speak out, arresting them on trumped up charges of terrorism, for example. We are still in the smear and marginalization stage, and are also begining the chilling of speach stage, but we can see where this is headed.

But as these veterans point out, the DHS smears of veterans, constitutionalists and patriots is backfiring just as badly as Obama’s suggestion that disabled and injured veterans pay for their own medical care. Nothing is waking up the people, and especially the veterans, like these leaked government “reports.” This is not Germany, the USSR, or communist China. This is America, and attempts to chill our speech and marginalize us only make us stronger and more resolved to speak out.

On April 29, 2009, I released Part I of this column, which resulted in a firestorm of interest in the story behind current Census Bureau efforts to capture and record the GPS coordinates of every private residence in the United States. World Net Daily is leading with that story today… Census GPS-tagging your home’s front door.

The story blasted around the Internet within hours of its release, drawing millions of readers and thousands of comments from both Obama and ACORN supporters, and Americans already fearful of a corrupt and possibly unconstitutional government, clearly running wild with unbridled power. By 24 hours later, even the Census Bureau in DC was reading the column.

Obama and ACORN supporters were quick to offer a nasty laundry list of excuses for why Obama and ACORN had a need (and a right) to create a database of GPS coordinates for every American citizen. One idiot named Steve actually claimed that the US Constitution requires Obama to mark your door with GPS coordinates.

Of course, Americans still waiting to see a copy of Obama’s birth and college records feel quite differently…

Obama nuts can’t seem to grasp the significant difference between an armed prison guard and an armed prison population. They claim that since Bush had access to weapons, that Obama, Emanuel, Clinton and ACORN should too… in the name of “fairness” and “equality.”

But a close personal buddy, a retired Marine to be exact, made it quite clear why Americans should be alarmed by this administration having access to a pop-gun, much less nukes and GPS coordinates for every home in America.

He wrote… “This would be an impressive list of accomplishments, if we were talking about Stalin’s Soviet Union, North Korea, or Chavez and Castro….”

* Census takers sent out before the Census with GPS to “mark” every home
* DHS Lexicon identifying every American Patriot as a potential “domestic terrorist”
* Seizing of Banks
* Firing of CEOs in the private sector
* Forcing Auto Manufacturers to turn controlling stock interest to the UNIONS which ran them off a cliff
* Threatening Chrysler’s Bondholders with “The Full Force of the White House Press Corp” if they didn’t capitulate to the UAW and Obama
* Spending more paper “Debt” money than all American President’s combined, guaranteeing the US Dollar’s eventual collapse
* Eviscerating the Nation’s Intelligence Services, and instilling fear by releasing the names and faces of interrogators to the media
* Threatening “Show Trials” of the Bush and Cheney
* Releasing Guantanamo Jihadists onto American streets
* Canceling the F-22. That was really damaging. F-22 was the revolutionary replacement for the thirty year old, aging airframes of the F-16, F-15 F-18, and C-17. No more Air Dominance
* Kissing up to every Dictator on the planet
* Allowing Iran and North Korea to develop nukes
* Allowing Pakistan nukes to potentially fall into Taliban hands
* While vowing to “Unilaterally Disarm” the US nuclear arsenal and demanding the same of Israel
* Vowing to sign a UN treaty which will command all Americans to surrender their firearms
* Sending Tax Evader in Chief Geithner out to “aggressively” go after average American tax payers
* “Hate Crimes” legislation creating Special Classes of Citizens with more rights than others, ending “equal Protection,” and threatening Christian Priests & Pastors who quote G-d’s law against homosexual behavior with prison
* The crowd from the 68’ Chicago riots is running America off a cliff with madmen like Ayers and Soros, the high priests of Liberal Fascism, as “Spiritual Advisors.” And the list goes on and on…

Unfortunately, this has all happened in America – just in the last 100 days!”

My Marine buddy had it right. And so did a Navy buddy of mine, who wrote,

- “This is simply a blatant, no possible good reason, invasion of privacy. God forgive me, but as ex-Navy Fire Control Tech who was responsible for programming and launching the U.S. Navy’s various missiles and gun systems, the first thing that popped into my mind when I read this article, was you cannot program a Tomahawk or Harpoon missile with an address, but you can with a GPS coordinate.”

After reading my buddy’s mail, I’m beginning to understand what Obama and his DHS don’t like about the American military… It’s hard to sneak all of this anti-American crap past these folks! As for Obama nuts… let me point out that if the Census Bureau tries mailing your survey to the GPS coordinates they are marking on your doorstep, nobody will receive the survey. They need a street address, not GPS coordinates… ya dummy!

Then, another friend sent me what she found this morning…

It turns out that Obama, ACORN and the US Census Bureau are not the only folks interested in the GPS coordinates for every home in the USA.

In a United Nations Report dated September 2004 titled, Integration of GPS, Digital Imagery and GIS with Census Mapping, the United Nations Statistics Division announced –

“The recent technological developments, including new high-resolution sensors, global positioning systems (GPS), geographical information systems (GIS), Internet and World Wide Web services, are revolutionizing cartography, surveying and mapping in fundamental ways:” - “For the past decade, the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) has been promoting the development of geographical information systems for population and demographic statistics in developing countries through technical cooperation projects supported by the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA), training workshops, and technical publications.”

Despite Fed assurances that “the Census Bureau cannot share any private information about you with anyone else,” a lie parroted by every leftist Obama minion under the sun, including in the mainstream press, the GPS coordinates marking taking place in America today is a project being coordinated with the always reliable and pro-American United Nations, and we should assume, all of it’s member nations…

Besides, an administration anxious to expose all of America’s “TOP SECRET” intelligence and counter-terrorism agencies and programs, would hardly consider the GPS coordinates of every private residence in the U.S. to be a matter of “national security…” Would they?

As the United Nations report suggests, this program had been quietly underway for a “decade” as of September 2004, when the report was issued.

This means that the GPS marking of every home in the U.S. taking place today was put in place sometime in 1994, during the first Clinton administration, likely while Democrats controlled congress. And of course, it also means that the GPS coordinates are NOT a “top secret” database to be used only by the US Census Bureau… anymore than only the US Military can use Google Earth.

According to the UN report from 2004, the program was originally designed to get a better handle on populations in “third world” nations where it is very difficult to know much of anything about what is going on within those nations. You can view the entire document for yourself here

But it was quickly turned into an effort to develop a “worldwide” GPS grid and today, with the partnership between the Obama administration, the United Nations, the USA Census Bureau and ACORN—it is clearly evolving into much more… Author of Rules for Radicals Saul Alinsky, would be proud, I’m sure of it!

Maybe since Obama is fast turning America into a “third world nation,” U.S. citizens must comply with all United Nation’s programs designed for “third world nations?”

Such as the pending International U.N. Anti-gunTreaty, which Obama has promised to sign, trumping US Constitutional Second Amendment rights?

But this is exactly the kind of event that many Americans expect will ignite a second American Revolution.

Active and retired members of the military and law enforcement across this country are gathering at places like the http://oath-keepers.blogspot.com/ reaffirming their oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, going so far as to list 10 specific executive orders that they will refuse to follow, if Obamanation continues on its current path to a national emergency.

It’s why private gun and ammo sales have been through the roof for the last six months. It’s why state legislature after state legislature is rushing to reclaim state sovereignty and states rights under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments in our Bill of Rights. These are the very people described in Obama’s DHS Reports as “rightwing extremists” and “potential terrorists.”

What strikes me as odd is how Americans will arm up, restate sacred oaths and reclaim state rights, while allowing the very people they worry about, to mark the front door of every private home in America with the same GPS coordinates used for guided aerial munitions… not to mention a plethora of invasive modern surveillance technologies…

American citizens worried about such events sound a lot like the very people described in recent Obama DHS reports, referred to as “rightwing extremism?” - DHS Extremist ‘Lexicon’ Yanked by Napolitano

Once again, I encourage people to do the research and draw their own conclusions. In my opinion, a laundry list of coincidences like this is never a coincidence. But you research and decide for yourself. Still think there is nothing to that crazy GPS conspiracy theory? I hope you decide it soon!

Since time immemorial wannabe dictators and despots have repeatedly used the same tactics to achieve their tyrannical but disguised intentions.

Their collective agenda generally consists of imposing some twisted ideology or nefarious system of rulership on a society duped by lies, real or manufactured threats to the state and the fracturing of societies along racial, religious, political or economic lines.

Among the more favoured devices is the creation of a bogeyman in the country. The bogeyman can be presented as internal or external threats from which everyone needs protection. The bogeyman is not only a frightening figure designed to scare children. It is also used to scare entire populations.

Adolf Hitler marshalled the German nation to his cause by using the Jews as his bogeyman. They were portrayed as ruining the country. They were blamed for the Depression and the plight of the mostly unemployed German people at the time. The call to arms against them was incessant, vicious and dehumanizing. By dehumanizing the Jews, Hitler and his supporters made it possible to murder more than six million of them.

Closer to our own time we have seen the likes of Ugandan Dictator Idi Amin who used the prosperous East Indian community as the country’s bogeyman. This allowed him to kick them out of the country then seize their money, property and businesses. Once they were gone, he turned on his own people.

Wacky Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe used the white farmers as his bogeyman. He seized their farms, forced them to leave the country, turned the farms over inexperienced former gunmen and the country, with the exception of the ruling class, has not enjoyed a decent meal since. The country is now a wasteland of poverty and despair but still getting money from the Western democracies to ensure the survival of the Mugabe dictatorship.

In Venezuela Hugo Chavez, turned on the United States as his bogeyman and whipped the country into an anti-American frenzy, taking freedom with him into a lifetime strangle-hold on that country’s presidency. U.S. President Obama would probably argue with me that Chavez is not such a bad fellow since he reads and distributes books to visiting politicians. He probably also has a firm handshake.

So what does all this have to do with the United States and President Obama? You have to look at Obama’s activities during his first 100 days in office then decide for yourself just what is going on.

Obama swept into office while the nation’s media was busily promoting a fear campaign involving the fastest moving recession known to man. The media fear campaign drove American society to suddenly cut billions of dollars out of the economy sending it into a tailspin.

Some blame the recession on the Bilderbergers since they are said to control who becomes president in the U.S. I am not a conspiracy theorist but suggest you check them out for yourself.

So here, then you have the bogeyman emerging from the shadows during a tight election campaign. Meanwhile, en masse, the U.S. media aligns itself with Obama ensuring he gets elected. Follow this closely because several bogeymen are unleashed against the American people almost simultaneously.

They are:

The mainstream media propagandist creates the “racist” bogeyman. Anyone who disagrees or speaks out against Obama is labelled a racist. That tactic persists to this day.

The automotive sector is cast as a corporate bogeyman that is not to be trusted and needs the guidance of business experts in the White House to control them. Suddenly the American government is dictating how companies must be run if do not couple they won’t get any money. The Communists tried this for years and created the Lada and some of the shoddiest products in the World. You must remember the Lada? It was designed to become a tractor for use in growing your own crop of turnips when needed, which was almost always, in the People’s Paradise.

Gun owners were the next target for demonization. Several recent shooting events are giving gun opponents all the ammunition needed to convince a supportive administration that Second Amendment rights must be trampled down and citizens disarmed. Disarm the population and you can do pretty much anything you like.

A really interesting bogeyman is the rich. Taking a page right out of Karl Marx’s The Communist Manifesto, President Obama has targetted the rich for special tax attention. The flaw in this Brave New World thinking is, it is designed to make the poorer folks think they are going to get some of the money from the rich. At only five per cent of the tax-paying population, unfortunately there are not enough rich people to meet the demand. It just means more people will be poorer. After all, who creates the jobs and opportunities for the poor or middle-class? The government? No, the rich. In the Communist countries they had equality. Everyone was poor except for, you guessed it, the politicians. The smart people fled to the U.S., Canada and other countries where they could operate businesses and create wealth and jobs.

Current external bogeymen are threats posed by Iran’s nuclear aspirations, Pakistan, a country armed with nuclear weapons, and precariously close to falling into the hands of the Taliban, Afghanistan and trade with Canada. Since the Obama administration has launched a Buy American campaign, I am assuming he does not want Canadian oil or natural gas and possibly even water in the near future. I suppose if one does not want to pick a fight with an enemy one can always pick a fight with a friend. It’s safer that way.

Media-created Obamaphoria

Another ploy used by would-be dictators is the Cult of Personality. Remember Moa Tse-tung in China? Huge pictures of him were pasted everywhere. His thoughts were published; his every move followed, his every speech praised. It was incessant. Sound familiar?

This is standard fare from the Guide to Being a Dictator. They can do no wrong. They are compared to great leaders of the past. Come to think of it, is Obama not being hailed as a reincarnation of Abraham Lincoln? Can you recall any other president who got more fawning media exposure than President Obama? He is seen in hamburger shops like an ordinary guy. He fires people in private industry. He walks on water. If you disagree you’re a scummy racist deserving of death.

His wife Michelle is being portrayed as a powerhouse of everything stylish; exceptional mother (move over Mother Theresa) concerned about the lesser being around her and is everything an American woman should aspire to be. The kids are pictured as upper intelligent, beautiful, fashion savvy and dog-friendly while still just your average American kids.

With all the evidence floating around out there as to the Obama agenda, it surprises me that more Americans are not waking up and smelling the coffee. Yes, many are. There are signs of it everywhere in the new media. Warnings about Obama’s intentions were publicized before the last election but the media-created Obamaphoria overwhelmed common sense and what little skepticism actually reached the voting public.

One last point. During the election campaign Obama rode into the White House on the mantra of Change/Yes We Can. Who knew what that meant? Change what, who? We can what? Change? Change can be good, bad or indifferent. Again, another deceitful practice. Sound like you are promising something that you are not. Tell people what they want to hear. But then, nobody dared call him on it. They were all too busy chanting.

And it’s really too bad, because a long and difficult road lies ahead for those who are brave enough, conscious enough and incensed enough to reverse the direction in which the American people are being deceived into taking.

Though President Obama and this democrat controlled congress have all but nearly created a filibuster proof, totalitarian rule with Arlen Specter going democrat and Pee Wee Herman number 2, Al Franken looking like he will come on board, the junior high antics, assaults, name calling and bullying continues in Technicolor.

Obama is on a roll to transform the U.S. into a highly controlled, socialist, communist regime. He already through the guise and game plan of “bailout” rescue packages, seized control of the banking industry, much of the auto industry, has drastically changed and manipulated the health care industry and plans to force all kinds of abortion in all states, hospitals and with all Doctors regardless as to their beliefs or state laws against it.
Threats, bullying and intimidation is the motivational strategy of choice

Many months ago when more billions were being thrown around at various large banks, I did a little investigation my self and called a few reputable banker, investment folks I knew and found out the huge amount of manipulation and threats that were used to get all the bankers to receive at least 5 billion even if they declared they didn’t want it and had reserves. They were told all would take it or none would get it.

So, reluctantly, after several bank leaders pleaded with members of congress not to make them take the money, they did. A few months later, several tried to pay the funds back and congress would not allow them to. Can you say, threats and control while stealing from the American people?
Threats and slander continue

The drama from hell continues as we hear Attorney Tom Lauria, who is representing a group of lenders that are against the Chrysler sale, says that the Obama White house directly threatened his clients. I listened in amazement on Fox TV news at yet another threat and manipulation scheme by this administration against Chrysler’s lenders. Shockingly, also as usual, the White House and left wing bloggers are accusing Tom Lauria and the lenders as being total liars. “The white house never threatened anyone!” Either Tom Lauria and the lenders are all sociopathic liars wanting attention, or Obama and his crew are continuing the lies and threats as they assume control.

Of course what am I thinking? This white house wouldn’t play below the belt and falsely accuse or threaten people and companies. It must have been a mistaken release when Napolitano and Homeland Security, the day before the Tea Parties, identified vets, prolifers, those interested in border security, sovereignty, less taxation and 2nd amendment rights as dangerous, domestic terrorists in the making. There was no attempt to intimidate anyone away from the Tea Parties then. That must just be made up in my mind that this document was released nationally reading like a declaration of war against the American people.

Fifteen years ago when I tried to tell people where the transformation of America was heading, I either got this “deer in the headlights” look of “I don’t care … don’t bother me … I don’t want to know” or people laughed and said, “that’ll never happen because the American people won’t let it!”

On November 4, 2008, sixty-six million Americans let it happen; they voted for a candidate they knew absolutely nothing about; they voted their feelings for a man who has great voice inflection and tone but who, in reality, said absolutely nothing of substance, and certainly nothing that would tell anyone who he was and is.

Today, the United States of America lays in shambles. In 77 days since usurping the Oval Office, the Also Known As (AKA) Obama Administration has done more damage to this nation than any president before him.

In that short time-frame, AKA …

• has signed into law legislation that will, in one year, put this nation $1.8 trillion further into the hole, bearing in mind that the total deficit spending of the Bush Administration, in eight years, was $400 billion!

• waits to sign into law the GIVE Act (HR 1388) which begins the process of establishing the “national security force”; the brown-shirt goon-squads needed to assert control over the American people!

• has, through bailouts – the illegal and unconstitutional taking (stealing) of money from the American people – moved to …

• nationalize banks!

• nationalize private enterprise!

• moved to bring the 2010 census under his power and control!

• begun the move to turn over the sovereignty of the United States to global governance (http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=94331) via the Financial Stability Board (FSB), a body of central bankers (mostly European) from each of the G20 states and the European Union; the purpose of which is a global economic union with uniform regulations and bylaws for all participating nations “with [the] authority to intervene in U.S. corporations by dictating executive compensation and approving or disapproving business management decisions.”

The biggest grab for power in the history of this nation, all under the banner of economic stimulus and economic recovery, neither of which will occur as the nation sinks further and further into the crisis orchestrated to bring about the wanted solution, the emergence of the Marxist state.

Waiting in the wings, is legislation to further usurp the rights and freedom of the American people:

• S 773 giving to AKA the ability to shut down the internet at such times as he deems necessary in the name of “national security.”

• S 778 establishing the Office of the National Cybersecurity Advisor to the president, adding yet another paid administration post.

• HR 40 to “establish a commission to examine the institution of slavery, subsequently de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African-Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.” No mention is made or provision made for the indentured servants and white slaves also brought to this country in numbers no less than those of black slaves and under conditions no less adverse than those of black slaves. A discriminatory and racist piece of legislation if there ever was one.

• HR 875 and S 425, the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 to control food production; the bill will, effectively, put small food growers, organic growers and home gardens out of business in the name of “food safety.”

• HR 1913, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Bill of 2009, establishing discretionary grants that will, in effect, bring local law enforcement under the control of the federal government in the prosecution of hate crimes, defined as any crime “motivated by prejudice based on the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of the victim, or is a violation of the State, local, or Tribal hate crime laws.” Of course, as has been amply demonstrated before, you can only be prejudiced if you are white and Christian.

Yet to come on the AKA agenda:

• gun control – Eric Holder, AKA’s Attorney General, has been busy blaming the use of military weapons south of the border on American citizens when the type of military armaments being used by the Mexican drug cartels are illegal for Americans to own, but are armaments sold to the Mexican government by the U. S. State Department; said armaments then finding their way to the Mexican drug cartels via corrupt Mexican military and law enforcement.

• universal health care – AKA, during his campaign, made it very clear that socialized medicine is his goal in health care; a system that has never resulted in anything but a system that kills people; from denial of care in the name of cutting costs to dirty hospitals, dirty equipment and lack of impetus to improve in all areas of care.

• amnesty for illegal aliens – already introduced are S 729 and HR 1751, both known as the Dream Act, to allow illegal alien children who meet certain conditions to remain in the United States for the purposes of higher education and a road to citizenship. AKA has announced plans to unveil an aggressive immigration reform package in May. Undoubtedly that will follow in the vein of S 729/HR 1751. ACORN, a community organizing group with whom AKA has known affiliations, has already fraudulently and without remorse registered thousands of illegal aliens to vote; if AKA can make the approximate 45,000,000 illegal aliens legal residents, the Democrats are undoubtedly assured, between amnesty and the 2010 Census redistricting, a lock on the White House and Congress for years to come. Moves are already afoot to count every illegal alien in the 2010 Census for the purpose of redistricting. On April 6, 2009, U.S. Representative William Clay, D-MO, chair of the House oversight subcommittee on the Census, announced that he plans to ask the Obama Administration to suspend immigration raids over the next year. The implications of that request could not be clearer.

To add insult to injury, while Americans are losing their jobs, their homes, their standard of living to the increasingly depressed economy, AKA sees nothing wrong with jetting a private citizen complete with his pizza dough 860 miles to Washington, DC, just so he can make the usurper in chief and his minions pizza! While the American family struggles to make ends meet, AKA spends lavishly; always the way with Democrats who claim compassion but really show disdain for those they rape repeatedly with their confiscatory policies to redistributed wealth, primarily into their own pockets and the pockets of their cronies in the name of taking care of the people!

The whole pizza episode, like the White House partying complete with $100/pound steaks, shows just how disconnected AKA and his minions are from the reality the American people are seeing. This disconnectedness is serving to anger the American people, more so with each passing day. It has become very obvious to the American people that AKA is a cold fish who feigned concern and compassion to deceive those who voted for him.

That disconnectedness also appears in the total lack of decorum and respect for the office of president that AKA has displayed …

• Insulting the Prime Minister of England on the occasion of his first visit to the United States;
• Insulting England by returning the bust of Sir Winston Churchill to the England’s DC Embassy;
• Displaying fealty to Middle-Eastern leaders;
• Displaying obeisance to European leaders;
• Publicly denigrating the United States and its people before foreign powers and people.

Not to mention AKA’s inability to string two coherent words together without the aid of a teleprompter, earning him the nickname of, among others, teleprompter prez or TP for short!

AKA has become the laughing stock of the world, the subject of denigratory cartoons, buffoonish caricatures, and disparaging jokes, as no other president before him. His ineptitude is glaringly obvious.

And counter to the claims of his more ardent supporters, that all this is a result of people who look down on blacks, ie, race related, AKA’s actions have nothing to do with the color of his skin, but everything to do with him as a person. I seriously doubt that Thomas Sowell or Walter Williams, both men with class, intelligence, and bearing, would debase themselves in the manner that AKA has. And both men are certainly far more “black” then AKA is. Of course, it is telling that both Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams achieved their positions on the strength of their own ability to accomplish and not as a matter of entitlement.

As laid out in my last article, (http://newswithviews.com/Stuter/stuter150.htm) AKA is showing a decided bias to the religion of Islam which brings into question his denial of being a Muslim. This past week brought to light a growing rift (http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=94601) between the usurper and Israel that, considering the fealty shown Middle-Eastern leaders by AKA, the American people should find alarming in and of the fact that Islamic fundamentalism seeks the death of Americans whom they consider infidels.

In response to the launching of a missile by North Korea during the G20 Summit, AKA decried the action, stating that “rules have meaning … violations must be punished … words must mean something.”

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, United States Constitution states that in order to be eligible to the office of president, a candidate must be a “natural born citizen.”

Rules have meaning?

AKA has spent a million or more on hiring three law firms to keep from the public his actual long form birth certificate, adoption records, education records; his passport records; health records, and selective service records; to avoid compliance with the rules; the avoid compliance with the supreme law of the land!

Never before, in the history of the United States, has a candidate for the office of president been unwilling to disclose this information, has a candidate deliberately hidden this information.

Quite obviously, words and rules only have meaning when AKA wants them to; the rest of the time their meanings are ever-changing to fit AKA’s agenda to obfuscate and conceal in the name of illegitimately holding an office to which he has no legal right.

So much for the mantra of “open” and “transparent” that AKA prattled endlessly both during his campaign and since January 20, 2009.

Violations must be punished?

The American people could not agree more. To that end, the American people have sought redress of grievance repeatedly. Not only has every member of Congress willfully violated their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution in the matter of AKA’s ineligibility to the office of president, but also every member of the Supreme Court and the judges of varied state courts; one prostitute judge going so far as dismissing a case based on the claim that the issue of eligibility had been “blogged, massaged and twittered” as though that were legitimate criteria on which to determine the merits of a case.

Counter to the claims of the obamanoids, not one case brought before the prostitute courts has been tried on the merits. Claims that these cases have been won are untrue; a case is not won or lost until tried on its merits. It has become most apparent that the prostitute judges do not intend to allow that to happen, using every trick in the book to placate their pimps.

In response to a recent invitation by Sean Hannity (http://hannity.blogs.foxnews.com/2009/04/07/what-are-your-6-ideas/comment-page-7/#comments) to provide six ideas to save America, one blogger named David the EX-Demo wrote:

I was a democratic. I voted for Obama, now I am ashamed.

1. I apologize to my country
2. I apologize to Europe
3. Turkey
4. Germany
5. France
6. England and the rest of the world
7. To Christians, Muslims, Jews”

David the EX-Demo reflects the sentiments of many Democrats, many of whom are calling into to local talk shows and voicing their concerns over the direction AKA is taking this country; many professing they are scared by what they are seeing.

Well they should be.

The issue of AKA’s eligibility to the office of president is not going away. The question is, what is it going to take to force Congress and/or the courts to do their job?

A question that must be considered — Is the refusal of Congress and the courts to do their job deliberate in the interests of creating chaos? It certainly would seem so, for chaos is what is being creating, the prelude to civil unrest and open confrontation.

The number of people demanding to see the proof of AKA’s eligibility is growing by the day. How long before Congress and the courts can no longer ignore the elephant in the room?

What can we do to hasten that day?

When the issue was amnesty for illegal aliens, the American people overwhelmed the phone, fax and e-mail servers to Congress. Congress was effectively surrounded with no place to go.

People need to be contacting their Senators and Representative and demanding this issue be addressed. Refuse to accept the inane answers proffered by Congress regards the Certification of Live Birth which is not a birth certificate as they claim.

There is not one Congressman or Congresswoman who has seen AKA’s actual birth certificate. Let me repeat that, there is not one Congressman or Congresswoman who has seen AKA’s actual birth certificate. Further, there is not one Congressman or Congresswoman who knows where AKA was born, who knows he meets the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, United States Constitution.

The American people want to see, regards AKA, his …

1. long form birth certificate;
2. adoption records;
3. education records;
4. health records;
5. selective service records;
6. passport records;
7. social security records including disclosure of all social security numbers he has used.

It is the responsibility of Congress and the courts to get those records for the American people.

Anything less is unacceptable.

Until all documents are produced by AKA, the question of eligibility remains unanswered. And until answered, AKA has no legal standing as president; he is and remains a usurper to the office of president, an imposer.

Both ran and were elected by charging the opposition with the “culture of corruption.”
Both used an economic crisis to nationalize industries, and banks.
Both use intimidation, and outright lies to suppress dissent.
Chavez reformed the Constitution to abolish presidential term limits.
Obama and the Liberal Democrats want to do the same, and one attempt was already made.
Chavez labeled all dissenters as enemies of the state.

A few News sources and Politicians reveal the true nature of our dismembered republic and the manner in which the president will continue to suppress dissent and take care of potential challengers in the future. These charges of torture and war crimes of the previous administration are as unsurprising as they are representative of the government’s style. The Liberal Democrats make a sustained accusation against a political opponent, denouncing them as an accomplice of torture and the courts and appropriate officials then turn the president’s demagogic bluster into punitive discipline. The same “Tell a lie till it becomes truth” strategy, directed at Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck and FOX News, is used to threaten FOX News the small group of opposition leaders and politicians.

These disgraceful episodes also foreshadow the legal basis upon which the legitimacy of an even harsher regime will likely come to rest. And you can be sure that that regime will also be a popularly elected one, which gives me the opportunity to end on an ironic note: When the onset of President Obamas’ dictatorship is finally complete and obvious to even the most disinterested observer, Americans will have to take comfort in the fact that we have only gotten what we deserve.

Obama to Ensure Constitutional USA Does Not Return

About a week ago, I wrote a column that included a long laundry list of what Big Brother Obama is affecting to destroy the USA’s Republic and why he and the Left must do so. Note: The underlying reason was and is to seize and retain—at all costs to humans living within the USA—power over We-the-People. It seems almost impossible to keep up with the presidential usurper Obama’s actions but, I’ll continue to attempt to do so for as long as is possible.

Today, we have Obama taking over the US banks which maintain 2/3 (that’s two-thirds folks!) of the USA’s assets. He is putting them through his own personal “stress tests” to ensure that they will not and cannot meet his parameters—so that Obama and his fellow anti-USA and globalist buddies will be able to control ALL of America’s funds. No longer being affected under the cloak and dagger of night, this atrocity is being completed in front of us all. So, now he will own the banks—take that Hugo Chavez! Obama will also soon own US car companies—outright. Under his pretense of it’s “the taxpayers that will own the auto companies” and his less than truthful statement “I don’t want to run auto companies” he is taking them over in order that he and his United Auto Workers union can and will soon run them.

Note: Handing the keys for General Motors and Chrysler over to the UAW is political payback for its support of Obama during the 2008 presidential election. We-the-People no longer matter. At best, Obama considers us pests and nuisances; at worst opposers to his pretender-to-the-throne status. In fact, We-the-People can go pound sand—or eat cake! Besides, dismantling and destroying the country appears to have become the most recreational and fun activity Obama, his minions and adherents have ever had. And his plans include recreating it so that it will never be able to be resurrected as a democratic republic again. Observation: That also means the liberties and freedoms will no longer be applicable—as Obama’s plans include making the US Constitution irrelevant in favor of international law. Don’t think it can happen? It’s already in process.

Note: On Thursday’s Rush Limbaugh show, Rush said referencing Obama’s many unconstitutional actions “He can’t do that.” Unconstitutional, legal or not, he’s doing it Rush. And as Obama continues to seize all of the assets of the American people and more and more power over them, the hammer and sickle of Obama’s totalitarian state will soon be directed at anyone who dares to oppose him and his policies. When I wrote of Obama being the American Stalin and his election to the presidency of the United States of America ensuring that US citizens will not be able to vote him out of office, I was dead-on serious. Do you see it now?

As his latest Pièce de résistance, Obama has made the decision—unilaterally we assume—to trade US sovereignty for a high seat position on the UN Human Rights Council. One of the things Obama is said to be offering is the relinquishing of US citizens’ parental rights to international bodies. WND reports that if Obama is allowed to hammer his plan through, parents will no longer have control over their own children—the state, Obama and other countries will.

Left unchecked, Obama’s unrelenting frog-march of the USA and its people toward and into oblivion—until all of us have been successfully retrained or exterminated—will be a fait accompli. His annihilation of the USA will be complete. It IS coming. All one need do is read the histories of the rise of other world dictators—before history books have been completely rewritten to reflect only leftist ideologies—to clearly see it. Those of you who voted for Obama need not even admit it. All you need to do to begin your own redemption is to work with the real freedom-loving people. But, sooner or later you’ll have to face it—you’ll eventually have to admit what you’ve done to yourselves.
