If you look around the web you can see that the world is becoming a more hostile place. With all world economy’s going in the dumpers, terrorist and militant groups held at bay by the Bush doctrine can now enjoy a bit more breathing room with the increased focus on how America and American ideology are responsible for the worlds economic condition.
Add to this to an Obama administrations ‘Third World’ view that blames capitalism for our ills, and we have a prescription for terrorists around the world to act out against American interests and American styled governments at will.
As cash starved country’s around the world fight to cool the economic meltdown, terrorists and militant groups have been rejuvenated by the economic woes. Fear and uncertainty are the breading grounds for groups like al-Qaida and the Taliban and both must be chomping at the bit with the idea of better mobility and recruitment.
Economic trouble is good for business for terrorist groups as they rely on an underground economy to fuel their blood soaked egos and deeds. Recruitment will become easier as the increase number of displaced workers and the those not happy with governmental action will swell ranks world wide.
We as a nation don’t have the money for an Obama administration calling for more aggressive domestic plans that demand us to increase social programs and funding, fix our deflating economy, fight for American interests around the world and quash global terrorism… something has to give.
From the beginning all the they (terrorists) wanted is for America to get out of the rest of the worlds business and now they may have their wishes answered.
